Christmas & New Year Period

We are processing orders & shipping every day as usual over the Christmas/New Year period.

With the exception of the following Public Holidays where there is no mail service Australia-wide:

25th December - Christmas Day

26th December - Boxing Day

31st December - New Year's Eve (Australia Post Public Holiday)

1st January - New Year's Day

As usual, transit times may vary & short delays are common during this peak volume period for Australia Post. Please consider this when placing orders that are time-sensitive.


*Extended Christmas/New Year returns window

Orders placed between 13th December - 24th December > return requests can be made up until the 7th of January (or within 7 days of receiving your parcel).

All other orders > our normal return request period applies (return requests to be made within 7 days of receiving your parcel).

Free Shipping 

We are proud to offer Free Shipping on any order over $60 via Regular Post, Australia wide.

Orders under $60 will be charged $5 for shipping (orders under $60 will ship via Express Post).

Express Post

Want your order faster? We offer exceptionally cheap Express Post shipping for next business day delivery. Most Express Post orders are charged at $5 for regular sized parcels and $9 for larger or bulky parcels.

If you opt for Express Post shipping, your final charge will be displayed at the check-out.

You will be able to select your preferred shipping method, Free or Express at the check-out.

Delivery times

Regular Post (Free Shipping)

Melbourne Metro Area: Orders placed on a business day > arrives within 1-2 business days.

Sydney, Brisbane/Gold Coast, Adelaide, Tasmania and Canberra, metropolitan areas: Orders placed on a business day > arrives in 2-3 business days.

The rest of Australia (includes Perth & rural areas): Orders placed on a business day > arrives in 4-6 business days.

Express Post (Paid Shipping)

We use Australia Post's Express Service for next business day delivery within their Next Day Delivery Network.

80% of residential & commercial addresses are covered within the network. To view Australia Post's Next Day Delivery Network for Express Post Service, click here. *Note - please ensure you select the "National Network" dropdown and not your local state.

If you're located outside of major cities or in a rural area, please allow an extra 1-2 business days for your Express Post parcel to arrive.

Please note, although rare, unforeseeable delays within the Australia Post network can occur which may affect next day delivery. Please consider this possibility upon making your purchase.

Order Processing

We aim to process all orders literally as they come through, as fast as possible.

Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day are sent that same day.

Orders placed after 2pm AEST on a business day are sent the following business day.

Orders placed on weekends are sent the next business day.

*Public Holidays: please allow 1 extra business day for your parcel to arrive in the event that a public holiday falls in your delivery window.

*Flash Sales: due to high order volume during Flash Sale periods there may be 24 hour delays in shipping your order. Although rare, please consider this if delivery of your order is highly time sensitive.

Tracking (Australian customers)

We ship all our parcels via Australia Post. As soon as your order has shipped, you will be notified by email which will include your tracking number.

Delivery to your home address

If you're not home when the courier attempts to deliver, a slip will be left for you by the courier & you will then be able to collect your parcel from the nominated Australia Post office. The collection office will be specified on the slip & it is usually your nearest post office. You will need to present ID to collect the parcel. This is the most secure way to post and all parcels will be shipped this way.

Alternatively, should you wish to have your parcel left at your home address (instead of receiving a slip) this can be arranged. Please notify us via email immediately after placing your order. Our amazing staff will normally process orders within a matter of minutes or hours so you need to be quick to arange this - once your order has been processed & shipped it cannot be recalled. Should you nominate to have your parcel left at your address, the courier will leave your parcel in the most secure area possible out of the weather. Warning: in very rare instances parcels can become lost or stolen using this method - in the very unlikely event that your parcel goes missing (and you requested for it to be left by the courier) Fox Maiden will not be held accountable.  

Delivery to a business address

You may of course, nominate a business address for the delivery of your parcel. Please ensure that you provide a full & detailed address so that the courier can easily drop it off at the right place. Not all couriers are familiar with your work area or reception, so please be specific.

Changing your delivery address

Our amazing team aims to process and pack your order as fast as possible. This means your shipping address can only be changed if your order has not left. To change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible on (03) 9079 5460 or email

Incorrect shipping address

Please take extra care when entering your shipping address to ensure it is correct & accurate. In the event that you provide us with an invalid shipping address and as a result the parcel is either lost in transit or, it's automoatically returned to us by Australia Post, we will not be held accountable. Any further required shipping to have the parcel sent back to you will be at your expense plus, a $10 flat rate return to sender fee. Or if the parcel is deemed lost in transit as a result of the invalid or incorrect address, Fox Maiden will not be held accountable.




We offer exceptionally cheap international shipping rates via Australia Post to the USA, New Zealand and the UK.

Final shipping charges will be displayed at the check-out.

Duties & taxes

Our local Australian GST will be deducted from the AUD price at the check out so that your purchase price excludes any Australian taxes.

We are required by Australian Law to declare the full value of the goods being shipped as 'merchandise' in AUD  - we are unable to declare a lower value as 'gift'.

Please note that your order may attract import duties or local taxes upon arrival into your destination country. Please familiarise yourself with any such local customs charges that may be applicable before purchasing.

Delivery times (international customers) 

The estimated time of arrival (ETA) quoted below commences from the day after you receive your shipping notification email.

New Zealand - please allow 5-8 business days.

United States and United Kingdom - please allow 7-10 business days.

Shipping & Tracking (international customers)

We ship all orders using Australia Post's, Pack and Track International service or via Express Courier International. These options will be avaialable at the checkout.

If no one is at your nominated address, a card will be left for you to collect the parcel from your nearest local post office - the collection post office will be stated on the card (usually your nearest local post office).

Helpful tips with international tracking

When attempting to track, it is normal to not see any tracking information within the first few business days from the ship date. If you have received our shipping notification email, please rest assured that your parcel is on its way.

If your parcel has not arrived and the full ETA period has elapsed (ETA period commences from the day after you received your shipping notification email), please allow an additional 2-3 business days for your parcel to arrive.

Should you still be concerned about the whereabouts of your parcel, the fastest way to obtain more information is by contacting your local postal service, quote your tracking ID and they will be able to assist you.
